Return & Refund Policy

Unopened and unused items in original condition, with a receipt, in original packaging and returned within 60 days of purchase will receive in-store credit. Items that are opened, damaged and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for exchange.

Return, Exchanges, and Warranty Conditions

Clothing must be unworn and unwashed
No exchange or refund on merchandise deemed “Final Sale”.
No exchange or refund on furniture
No exchange or refund on gas-powered products (eg. lawn mowers, generators, snowblowers), however, warranty applies for 90 days parts warranty.
Will not be eligible if the item is damaged due to customer abuse
May be subject to inspection by a technician in order to qualify – please allow up to 5 business days.
All furniture sales are final and excluded from return. However, a 1-year warranty applies to all furniture sales (please see 90 Days Furniture Warranty section in this document).
All floor models are considered “final sale” – no refunds or returns on these products.

90 Day Furniture Warranty
Unless otherwise specified, all furniture sales are final. Warranty applies to structural or mechanical issues only. Please inspect all furniture to your satisfaction before it leaves the store.

This limited warranty applies to any replacement product or part, or to any repair, for the remainder of the original warranty period or for 90 days from its shipment to you, whichever period is longer.

EXCLUSIONS
Some products at Uncle Wiener’s are non-exchangeable. These include:

· Gift Cards
· Clearance or final sale merchandise
· Electrical products opened or used

If your product requires warranty service, please email your product info to claims@unclewiener.com – Customer service will ask you questions to determine your eligibility under this limited warranty.
If you are eligible, you may receive a replacement order, parts order, or you’ll be given instructions for returning the defective product.

Refunds

Any refund given for damages will be on the item only. Original shipping, assembly, and shipping-related costs will not be refunded.

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable.

Storage

We are not a storage facility. We do not have the space to keep your products on-site.
Sea containers, storage buildings, and everything else (unless otherwise arranged) are subject to a storage charge of:
$25.00 per day (for storage buildings & everything else), and
$50.00 per day (Sea Containers)
for anything over 7 days.

Warranty Claim
In the event you have an issue or question please email claims@Unclewiener.com. Going on any social media to voice complaints before dealing with claims will result in delay or denial of your claim until complaints have been removed. We work hard to resolve any and all issues and sometimes take time for a response or to contact the correct consignor.
