At Uncle Wiener’s Wholesale, we aim to provide flexible and convenient fulfillment options for all online and in-store customers. The following outlines our policy for store pickup and home delivery.
Online orders may be picked up at any of our store locations, subject to product availability and the transfer of goods between locations.
• After an online order is placed, our team will confirm the closest store where the item is currently in stock.
• If the item is not available at the chosen pickup location, it will be transported from another store or warehouse of the customer’s choice.
• Transfer times vary depending on product type, distance between locations, and inventory levels.
• Customers will receive a notification when their order is ready for pickup and pickup is not available until this confirmation is received.
To collect an order, customers must bring a valid government-issued ID and the order confirmation or proof of purchase.
If customers prefer to have their online order delivered, our standard delivery policies and fees apply.
This includes delivery scheduling, delivery area limitations, delivery fees, product inspection guidelines, and requirements for access and receiving the delivery.
Transfer of goods between locations is based on inventory levels and logistical scheduling. Estimated pickup timeframes are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed. Customers will be notified promptly if delays occur.
Uncle Wiener’s Wholesale reserves the right to adjust pickup timeframes based on product availability, redirect pickup to an alternate location if necessary, and modify this policy at any time.
