Returns
Cancellation Requests:
Orders that have not yet been picked up can be cancelled. To cancel your order, please contact online@unclewiener.com and provide your order number, draft number, or confirmation number, along with a brief description of the reason for cancellation. 
Please note that all cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
New, Unopened and Unused Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery or pickup and must be new, in their original, factory-sealed condition, and accompanied by a receipt. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and are eligible for in-store credit only. No refunds will be provided. Customers are responsible for returning the item and for all additional shipping costs.
Most orders under $1,500 CAD can be returned to your nearest Uncle Wieners Wholesale location, following the conditions listed above. For orders that were shipped, please contact online@unclewiener.com to initiate your return. For all other orders over $1,500 CAD, please contact claims@unclewiener.com and await further instructions.
Open or Used Returns:
Opened units may be eligible for in-store credit. Please contact claims@unclewiener.com and wait for further instructions.
Used units are not eligible for returns. However, they may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. If you believe your used unit is covered, please contact claims@unclewiener.com for assistance.
All returns must be in their original packaging. Returns without original packaging will not be accepted.
In order for us to resolve your issue, please provide the following, along with any other information you may have or that may be requested
- Your invoice number, order number, draft number, or confirmation number
- A brief description of the reason for the return
- Photos and videos of the relevant issue
Parts Requests:
If your product purchased directly from Uncle Wieners Wholesale arrives with missing or broken parts, please contact us at claims@unclewiener.com. If the parts are available and covered under warranty, we will cover ground shipping to send them to one of our Uncle Wieners Wholesale locations for pickup. Any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
We offer a selection of spare parts and consumables available for purchase on our website. If the part or consumable you need is not listed, please contact us at claims@unclewiener.com to inquire about availability.
