Heavy-Duty Portable Double-Deck Soil and Dirt Screening Machine 536001

Designed for use with excavators and loaders, this compact screener accepts buckets up to 1,900 mm wide and capacities of up to 0.5 m³. Its small footprint and 700 kg operating weight make it easy to move between work areas or transport to different sites.

The machine processes approximately 15–30 tonnes of material per hour and uses two 2 m² screening decks. Screening meshes can be changed quickly, allowing the unit to be adapted for different construction, soil, aggregate, and landscaping materials.

A simple, heavy-duty design helps keep servicing and operating costs low. Material can be screened directly where it is stored or produced, reducing unnecessary handling, disposal, and storage expenses while allowing reusable material to be recovered on site.

Optional discharge conveyors can be added to create a self-contained mobile screening setup.
