Product Description

Synergee Safety Straps provide a secure barbell catch system for compatible 3x3" / 2x3” / 2x3” / 2x3” power racks, helping protect both the lifter and equipment during squats, bench presses and other barbell exercises. This version is designed specifically for racks with 3x3" / 2x3” / 2x3” / 2x3” uprights and a maximum inside depth of 29 / 24 / 36 / 30 inches.

The reinforced nylon straps are rated by the manufacturer to support up to 750 lb. Unlike rigid metal safety arms, the flexible straps absorb barbell impact while helping reduce metal-on-metal contact, noise and potential knurling damage.

A quick-mount bracket system attaches directly to compatible rack uprights and locks into position with tightening knobs. Converters are included for racks using either 5/8-inch or 1-inch holes, providing compatibility with a wider range of 3x3"  / 2x3” / 2x3” / 2x3” power racks.
